Our program is geared toward junior high and high school athletes looking to gain a competitive edge and improve their overall athletic performance. Whether your goal is to gain the quickness to break through the line and accelerate past tacklers, grab a rebound out of the hands of your opponent, drive a golf ball 300 yards, or throw an 85 mph fastball, all have one thing in common...they all require strength and power.
The Power Factory offers an exclusive 3,300 square foot facility with the latest equipment and a systematic series of training protocols and sports-specific exercises. Programs are designed to provide the optimal combination of speed and strength essential for sport performance and the athletic advantage for success.
The Power Factory offers individualized training programs with a six to one athlete to coach ratio. Athletes are provided personal instruction, program structure and high intensity training that is difficult to receive in a large group setting.
Programs offered:
Athlete training packages from ages 11 and up include Readiness, Base Foundation and Sports-Specific Max Training. Athlete rates begin as low as $98 per month and vary depending upon training program selected and frequency of training.
Readiness Program
A program for younger athletes ages 10 and up to prepare their mind and body with proper form and instruction before bad habits can develop. (1-2 times per week)
The Youth program is conducted in 45 minute sessions and designed to introduce and create foundations of overall athleticism in a fun, positive, and high-success environment. Our Youth curriculum places a high priority on running technique, athletic coordination, balance and relative strength and the introduction of essential muscular movement patterns. These are vital in establishing a child's athletic foundation for improved performance, injury prevention, and long-term enjoyment of sports participation.
Base Foundation Program
An in-season training program to build and maintain athletic strength and performance. (2 times per week)
This program focuses on progressing and maintaining athletic movement while refining and ingraining fundamental skills of speed, agility, and power. This repeated rehearsal leads to permanent and positive athletic change.
The inclusion of formal Strength and Power training during the 60 minute sessions provides benefits in two ways. First, proper movement techniques with increased force production lead to maximized potential. Secondly, as athletes naturally increase in height, weight, strength and aggressiveness, the need for improved joint integrity is vital for reducing the chance of injury.
Max Sports Training
The ultimate, sport demanding program to develop and enhance maximum strength, power and quickness. (3-4 times per week). Most athletes in this age group have developed neuromuscular patterns and the fundamental skills of speed, agility, and power. Athlete technique is fine-tuned, and the final pieces to build the total athlete are provided. In essence, each athlete is optimized according to their biggest areas of improvement.
During the 75 minute Max Sports sessions, training begins to resemble sporting demands. Training focus is on repeated application of learned athleticism to create mastery. We provide endless combinations of athletic skill training so competing in the game is effortless. In addition, focus on Strength and Power increases with moderate and heavy loads to optimize power output.

Training Methods
- Dynamic stretching/tumbling (functional warm-up)
- Speed strength and power training (quick lifts, medicine balls, plyometrics)
- Agility and speed (agility ladder, smart hurdles, resisted runs, chaos and cone drills)
- Balance and coordination (dot drill, dyna-discs, BOSU trainers, and medicine and Swiss balls)
- Plyometrics (plyo-hurdles, box jumps, medicine balls, multiple jumps, standing jumps)
- Flexibility and core stability (exercise bands, super bands)
Testing
The Power Factory tests all athletes when starting a new program and every six weeks thereafter. Through proper evaluation, our athletes receive accurate results from which reliable gains are measured.
